Yuba City – Marysville Knights Team Up

On Saturday, August 12th, the Yuba City and Maryville Knights Councils joined together to feed the athletes at the Northern California Regional Special Olympics Softball Tournament. A lunch of hamburgers, chips, cookies, and granola bars was prepared and served to over 250 Special Olympics participants. The Knights of Columbus have a long-time relationship with the Special Olympics by providing support of volunteers, financial assistance, equipment, etc.  The Knights raise funds for the Special Olympics through our annual Tootsie Drive. 100% of the funds raised is donated to the Special Olympics.
